• Username: Your public display name on the platform.

If you choose to sign up or log in using Google or Discord, we collect minimal information provided by those services to authenticate your account:

• Google: We receive your email address and Google Account ID.
• Discord: We receive your Discord Username, Avatar, and Discord ID.
• OAuth Token Usage: We use authentication tokens solely for the login process. We do not retain ongoing access to your external accounts, nor do we access data (such as emails, drive files, or messages) outside of basic identity verification.

Like almost all websites, our servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. It includes browser type and version, time of request, and generic status codes (e.g., successful page load).

Note: We do not link server logs to your specific user account.

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To identify you when you log in and grant access to your account.
• Service Functionality: To display your profile and manage your preferences within iiSU.
• Communication: To send essential account notifications (e.g., password resets).

We believe in keeping your data only as long as you want us to have it. Active accounts retain your account information only for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to delete your account, your personal data is removed from our live databases immediately.

To comply with international standards like the GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California), we process your data under the following legal bases: Contractual Necessity (we need your email and username to provide the service you signed up for) and Legitimate Interest (we process technical logs to ensure the security and stability of our platform).

We use strictly necessary cookies or local storage (tokens) solely to keep you logged in as you navigate the site. These are not used for advertising, tracking, or analytics purposes.

We respect your privacy fundamentally. We do not display advertisements. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to anyone. We do not track your browsing history across other sites, and we do not fingerprint your device.

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or to protect the security of our platform.

Our services are directed to users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

You have full control over your data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via your account settings. Upon deletion, your email, username, and credentials will be permanently removed from our database.
